Mark Roman's Crackers Story - Part One

Mark Roman was the original DJ at legendary London club 'Crackers' from
1973 to 1976. As well as DJing there six nights a week, and designing
that now famous Crackers logo, he started the mythical Friday lunch-time
sessions at Crackers which used to pull in over 1,000 clubbers, all
dancing to the latest disco, funk, soul and jazz... in their lunchtime!

We interviewed Mark recently down at Abbey Music Studios in sunny South
London, and he told us a few yarns about his time at Crackers and
selected a whole heap of tunes which he used to play. We ended up with
three 75 minute mix/interview sessions, the first of which is here for you to enjoy.
