Yet another odd connection

Love this mix, especially the cuts from the movie "Car Wash." In the late 80's/early 90's I worked at a radio station in Detroit (WQBH) where the DJ who was featured on the radio in "Car Wash" worked. His name was Jay Butler ("JB" in the movie) and was one terrific guy. Today he works at WDET in Detroit doing a blues show. That's my odd connection of the week.
