Simon was one of the first DMC remixers. He released the Beats, Breaks and Scratches series of albums in the late 80s, appeared on Top Of The Pops with his 1988 dance hit 'Bass (How Low Can You Go)' and has worked with everyone from Froggy and Tongy, to the Nolan Sisters, and even his namesake Rolf!
